The pulmonary arterial hypertension is the process / disease in which the high blood pressure affects the arteries of the lungs. Due to the pulmonary artery hypertension disease the workings of right side of the lung get affected and it becomes harder for this part of the lung to work smoothly.
Pulmonary hypertension is the result of contraction of the lung arteries. When these little arteries of the lung got contracted then it cannot bear the required amount of blood as a result of which blood pressure occurs in the arteries. This type of high blood pressure is called the pulmonary arterial hypertension.
This results in the difficulty for the right side of the lung because now it has to work harder. Overtime if this continues then it causes to get the size of the right side of the lung larger than earlier. This sometime may also result in the heart failure and hence more severe for the patients. Lung damaging autoimmune diseases, congestive heart failure, blood clots in the lungs, birth defects, lung disease, HIV, medicines or low oxygen levels any one of them may cause it to happen. Leg & ankle swelling, weakness, bluish skin or lips, chest pressure or pain, increased size of abdomen fatigue and the fainting or dizziness properties are the major symptoms of the pulmonary arterial hypertension.

The intracranial hypertension or IH is the general name of the disorders which are usually caused by high cerebrospinal fluid pressure in the brain. The disease is found very rare around one in every one lakhs of people. Women are mainly affected by such diseases. A person aged more than 20 is usually supposed to get affected from this disease. The disease appearance can become sudden or it may also happen that it appears after years of happening to the person. Occasionally the reasons of such diseases are referred to be related with the brain tumor however the exact reasons are still a mystery that causes this disease.
Severe headache which could not be relieved by any other medication is one of the most common symptoms of intracranial hypertension. Needles or pins in hands, dizziness, vomiting, concentration or memory loss, disorientation and vision disturbances are supposed to be the other symptoms of the intracranial hypertension.
The diagnosis of this disease can be done by scanning the brain or for specific diagnostic process the patients can also go through CSF pressure measurement in the brain. Drugs are the most preferred treatments but the side effects of them should also be consulted from the doctor.
